Sadhana

Jean-Pierre Piché was born in 1951, in Montreal (Canada). After having completed classical studies, followed by a bachelor’s degree in communication and cinema, Jean-Pierre worked for more than 20 years in the film and television industry as a scriptwriter, editor, director, and producer. As an independent filmmaker, he produced and directed more than ten films including the critically acclaimed feature film Sadhana—Back to the Source. Jean-Pierre is also the recipient of three grants from the Canada Council for the Arts: one for film direction and two for screenwriting. His recently published novel Blood for Freedom has been recommended by The US Review of Books and OnlineBookClub.
